For over a century, the Hume Hotel has established itself with a
reputation
for consistently good food. We take pride in always having a very clean
kitchen and we practice 100% recycling and composting. We use
trans-fat free
oils in all food preparation and use only the freshest of ingredients to
ensure a quality product every time. In 2009, we completed our
extensive
kitchen renovation which has significantly taken our food services to
the
next level. We recently have added a Late Night Menu for in house
guests as
well as our new Food & Beverage delivery service, Hume 2 Go. Our
kitchen staff are the heart and soul of the operation working
tirelessly behind the scenes to make it all happen. Many of the
recipes from the menus below have been an evolution over many decades
and we
are confident that you will not be disappointed whether you are having
your
wedding dinner catered at a beautiful remote location, a morning
breakfast
meeting in the General Store Restaurant or even a hot pizza in the
comfort
of your own home...enjoy!
